On January 11, 2011, the Mercer County Improvement Authority (MCIA) designated HHG to develop the 6.8 acre site known as Block 3 of the former John A. Roebling & Sons Factory Complex.  Phase 1 will be to develop the 4 story "Building 101" into approximately 135 loft apartment rentals.  Other buildings will be developed principally for commercial uses.
