Founded in 2006 by three residents of Trenton's Mill Hill district - David Henderson, John Hatch, and Michael Goldstein - HHG's principals combine nearly 70 years of architecture, construction-management, and business experience. Our team provides us an "unfair" advantage in conceptualizing, creating, and completing real-estate projects in the City of Trenton.

We believe that the future of Trenton, and of our business, is a sustainable future. We believe that historic restoration is inherently green: effectively recycling buildings to recapture resources and energy that would otherwise be squandered.
