Trenton Ferry consists of 30 housing units - 26 lofts and 4 single family homes - principally on the first two blocks of Centre Street in the Trenton Ferry Historic District. HHG began working on the development in 2006, and broke ground on construction in November 2007. The first housing unit was delivered a year later.

As of January, 2011 the project is complete and nearly sold out, with the final unit under contract and expected to close imminently.
